@yuz79336 at 9 grams / 100 ml water ( 220 ml in 180 out ) I'd wonder if it wouldn't be under extracted anyways since most people recommend 6-7 grams /100 ml for pour overs (hmm then again i'm not sure since i've never tried that ratio. going to have to try that tomorrow )

@Lexical Yeah, 9g/100ml might be a bit much. I don't use my V60 very frequently, but the ratio I've used is 6g/100ml.
