I've read the spoilers up to chapter 35. To me it feels like ex-wife and MC will solve their differences and get back together at the end of the whole manhwa.

i can see the MC and wife ending up together in the end after fixing their problems. Then the conclusion of the manga gonna be sth like "talk with your other half about your problems/concerns, keeping them for yourself isn't good"
