This is actually something that happened in Japan and the government actually keeps under fucking wraps, not to the extent of total annihilation, but the government has had actual nuclear meltdowns happen on their own property plants and have kept damage control at maximum for years.

Entire thing seems to still be on ye olde Batoto at the moment if you wanna read it somewhere. Couple of the other sites I checked look like they got take down requests so they had to oblige (for now, probably be back up to their old tricks when the heat dies down again, you know how it is with regular aggregators). But if it's still in one place it's inevitably in others too. Hail Hydra or some such. Might keep it around on my own PC via HDoujin Downloader just in case I suppose. Never hurts to have a back up plan for your back up plan to finish reading that one thing you never got all the way through, am I right?
