the setting is kinda realistic, a wife who is afraid of being more lewd to his husband for being afraid of being judged, I know in this times is rare but there are people how likes his partner be more pure so it can happen, then it meet a womanizer and since she is pretty much sexually repressed she finds this hot, don’t think and just cheat.
All that is realistic, what is not is how the author is gonna still pull it with stupid excuses, add more rivals, more conflict that make it see this people like idiots
