I just went back and reread the last several chapters and something caught my eye. There was that mention of a solar eclipse by Flora recently and in the chapter Self-Introductions the cream tabby held up a piece that piece of paper with a weird looking symbol on it. Could it be representing a solar eclipse? If there is something about the solar eclipse and the cats taking Hime then all the events since Tea Time had to have taken place all in one day, wouldn't it? Sometimes it's a bit hard to figure out how much time passes between certain chapters.
