@noonehere_shoe It actually works if you translate it into Japanese "ヤードム" and then google that. I feel like the english translation is not exactly "Yardum" which is why its so hard to find in english.

The "yardum" isn't only used/found in Thailand. It's also widely used in Eastern Europe, and you can buy it on eBay and Amazon, too. Just google "Nasal Decongestant Stick" or "Nasal Decongestant VapoInhaler Stick". It's really neat and quick-acting. It might have a different design than in the manga, but it's the same product.
