Did you read past chapter 103 somewhere? Because according to what I've read there was no clear confirmation in the webtoon up to that point on whether he is the guy she knew before or not. He didn't recognize her sure, but she doesn't look like she did before and he looks exactly the same. I think she called his name and he didn't recognize her but still, that's not certain. The way webtoons go, he'll probably be the same person especially since they have unresolved issues and dramatic webtoons sell well
