Wow, the Punisher would tell her to chill. I know the Count is being set up as a skeevy noble type, but everything he's done shows he has a good head on his shoulder with regards to his role. He's willing to risk temporary disdain from his peers to properly greet a war hero being honored by the Emperor, he's quick to accede to the proper authority, and he is happy to return a favor.
