Not really nonsense. The 'cultivation process' in xianxia based stories are quite similar. If you know about them you can get an idea what he is talking about.

He mentioned formation and golden pill. Considering his infodrop about his self and current stage a few chapters back...

Let's compare it to the og DragonBallZ power levels of the past. These heroes are at that Raditz level of a few hundred to 1 or 2 thousand.

He is practically DB Super, god level. So this is a massive joke.

What makes it embarassing knowing anything about cultivation stages, he's literally dropping his cutivation to less than 1% of his normal... Even Golden Pill is just a fraction of the stage he mentioned he really is.

So the irony is that he cant really be flexing (like she thinks) when the situation as actually leaving him embarrassed.
