Can't comment too much on this one because I actually haven't seen the anime, but strangely enough there are actually VA credits for both Yuanyuan and Taotao on moegirl for some reason. I'm fairly confident in my translation (although I could definitely be wrong), so I guess they just cut her out of the anime?

Miss Ponytail is Tang Xuan, the girls' sports captain who secretly has a cosplay hobby -- the second girl "cleared," and was properly introduced about Ch. 10 or so.
The scandalously handsome secret male lover Blondie is Zheng Dong, childhood friend to both Murder Princess Xue Li and our hero; he seems to know about Xue Li's past, too, and is briefly mentioned to have feelings for our hero Xue Li. Showed up for real around Ch 36.
The twins...uh, good question.

Incidentally, I hope the girl he likes is the teacher <3
