There are plenty of media showing good-looking people as evil. "Ugly" people, depending on the artist/author usually, are harder to illustrate and are more distinct so they're almost always notable. Those examples of not-ugly people being evil? They're generic and forgettable.

Not saying that ugly people aren't skewed toward being evil, but you just don't remember the counter-examples.
