Dad Is a Hero, Mom Is a Spirit, I'm a Reincarnator - Vol. 2 Ch. 8

@Kevadu Obviously by mistreating the families of people like the hero, who can overturn an entire war on his own. LoL
In all seriousness, there is no way to justify it in any setting whatsoever, outside of the spirits stupidly declaring they remain royalty for no reason. This part of the story really bothers me because so far it is absolutelly unnecessary, yet it is given so much time and so little thought..

A royalty's role in a society is to provide protection. Doesnt really mean they are worshipped but they are followed coz they can protect. If a royal family is wealthy and powerful enough politically then they can amass strong army and which was used to fight demons and fend off invasion. Its not exactly their spirit ability that lets them lead, money and power is where its at. So be it cursed or not the royal family will lead as long as they are powerful in other sense.

Idiot Prince and traitor servant are going to get rekt'd so hard that their atoms are going to be divided just like what happened to the daleks in the season 1 finale of the doctor who reboot in 2005

Yes, let's upset the man known as hero and his overpowered wife. Nothing bad could ever come from that!

@Vasqueztion Your comment and your profile picture truly matched each other. If I can upvote your comment I would do it a thousand time over.

@Vazqueztion
Again, they're from a royal family that already angered the spirits so badly they got cursed for that, existence regarded as above kings, I still can't believe the nobles are still obeying them...

What the fuck is that power explanation?
Can't the author just say it's magic and not explain thing.
If you want to explain it, OK, but then don't fucking ruin your explanation the next fricking page!
To create gold out of air it ask far more than just reorganizing some atoms, you have to change them, removing or adding electrons, protons and neutron to create them...

It's so dumb... The world give a setting where just saying "it's magic" is enough (and saying how bad written the society is written, even a used bad trope like that is an improvement) but instead the author try to give a scientific explanation that doesn't works...

It's like the powerless royalty cursed by the spirit because they abused them but still somehow is in control of this world where people worship the spirit like literal gods.

The story has lot of flaws and the author keep showing and pointing them...

/shrug I agree he could do with some better explaining. I myself personally just think of it as everything that is atoms in the first place. Sub on up.

Was bored, looked up the WN. This happens in ch 15-16

So, for people who's curious on what happens next:
Albert snuck in to hand Ellen the letter.
Ellen was confused at first, then remember her father's words "The prince probably plan to use my daughter to solve problems"
Ellen took the letter, knowing that if she don't he'll probably get punished for it.
El "Do you dislike my father and this house?"
Al "No way!"
El "Then why'd you do that? You know Tou-sama was really angry"
Al "...I know"
El "Did you think this house will have peace if I make ties (basically marriage) with royal family?"
Al "! How-"
El "As Tou-sama would say it, it's none of your concern"
Al 'A '
Then Ellen basically proceed to sorta monologue about this
El "Although Tou-sama and I are part human ,we're spirits. To the royals we might seem like a precious assets but from out view it's a massive annoyance."
Al "....Why"
El "Since the royals still doesn't seem to realize it, then this chain will never ends. We will not get close to the royal family. It's meaningless"
Then Ellen explains to Albert the 'why' using basically Agielle
basically
Agielle to the house is like the royal family to the spirits.
The past royals were like this, and the current ones seem to keep the trend, so it just never ends.

She waved the letter, guessing that it's a personal invitation to call her alone out.
She then suggest Albert cut ties with the prince, who likely treat him like disposable to begin with anyway.
As for the reply, well, daddy would get angry about it so she won't, though in all likelihood he's likely watching this whole scene from the spirit world anyway.

Then just because she can, she casually burn the letter without bothering to open the seal, then combine the ash (carbon) with oxygen in the air to turn it into smoke.
Albert, seeing the letter just disappear like that went o_O
Ellen "Then, good night" and snuggle back inside her cover.

tl;dr - Fuck the usual royal threaten naive girl into doing martyr move, this loli don't give a fuuuuuuuuuuuck.

c'mon just a little Uranium, maybe some Plutonium. Hell, even a bit of Hydrogen and you can fix most of your problems.
Of course, some holy Tiberium would still be the best.

Japanese authors in charge of explaining how powers work always makes me laugh.
If you don't know exactly how the power is supposed to function, just don't fucking explain it. Be like "I can create and change objects at will" instead.
