This chapter is wholesome. Why?

1. Saya is wearing a maid uniform.
2. A rare fight event between MC with his bestie, which instead of making it feel dull (like most), it actually adds the dynamic.
3. Hotaru being the middle-man and saves the day, proving once again that she is indeed the Dagashi Queen.

The entire reason the taste of these foods matters is because this manga is about candy. Of course as usual, Hotaru says something ridiculous yet somehow not off topic. Since she has a solution to everything, I think Hotaru might be a candy dictionary, or something along those lines.
