I like the girl because she was nice to the dog. If you hurt dogs, you can't ever be forgiven, thus the grandma swiftly got ill and probably died :) and being a playboy is fine, but having a new girl every day is a bit too much. And this guy "can't" sleep alone, according to the title, so it will be "drama" for the girl, because he turned into a playboy. After a while childhood friend will declare war and there will be drama there and in the end the girl will choose the playboy, get married/live together with him so he'll "never" have to sleep alone. Would be nice if I'm wrong.
