Memeko has married Kishida and they had got a baby that grew older, married Myouko and died. Now Myouko live with his in-laws Memeko and Kishida and Tanaka in this manga is the proof.

Also if i remember correctly( SPOILER) Memeko and Kishida appeared in this manga, so, now, that comment is a joke born because of Miyako's mother and father in-laws who remembered me of them( for the stature) and because of the turtle that is not Tanaka, unfortunatly.
