Danberu Nan Kiro Moteru? - Vol. 8 Ch. 69 - Straight Neck

It's wonderful to see the translations are still coming! I was getting worried!! And 100%, I love how old Tadakatsu sounds (and Hibiki's brother), this is a fun read <3

So question to anyone who might actually know more: I'm quite certain I do have straight neck since I've been using a wall for other stretches and head obviously doesn't touch wall easily. But at the end of the instructional segment it says "prevent".

Do these types of things actually help reverse it to a degree? And I guess since it should apply to other body parts, how about for things like wrists?

Thankfully, my head just barely comes off from the wall, and I can press it back easily. Proper posture and stretching should alleviate that.

@Freezee It's actually good practice to occasionally visit doctor for basic health check - even more so when you noticed health problem. Modern men tend to neglect it a lot (women meet doctors regularly for obvious reasons).
Also I heared hospitals in many countries charge ungodly even for simple checkups, then asking your question on the internet is reasonable.
I'm not a professional, but as far as my knowledge goes, the reversal of simillar conditions without interference is only possible in your teens. Just don't quote me on that.

@kwendy Sadly, I grew up visiting doctors to the point it was effectively useless or almost detrimental (got sick many times after visiting doctor, when I wasn't sick before). Which cost quite a lot even after health insurance. I also never really understood what it meant to go to the doctor until after coverage lessened.

So, now I'm visiting doctor for only emergencies because of cheapo health plan.

Anyway, I appreciate your input. I assume what you say is at least mostly true. That said, the stretches in this chapter have seemingly helped alleviate (and identify) an upper back problem I have. Nothing serious, but it's a numb sort of feeling there when I slouch forward/ look at phone too much.

I stood against a wall and my head was touching it and felt the slight disappointment of not having this problem so I can stretch along with the comic

That ghost "leg" muscle is one of the grossest jokes I've seen in a while. I approve.
