You are 100% correct. Sandrovich loves Kinnikuman and references it frequently. In fact, as we mostly like to think of "Silverman Gym" as more a play on "Gold's Gym" famous in the U.S....it's actually an explicit reference to Silverman from Kinnikuman. And, just like you mentioned, that Temple there is exactly the Muscle Castle (all originally located in Kyoto, where the girls are visiting).
