Idiot. If you watch any MMA fights, so many are lost because a fighter does not follow his opponent when he knocks him down. There's this 1/2 second where they watch instead of move. The best follow a punch with more punches until the opponent no longer moves. This next bit will be buried in these comments, so few will find it, or even care. But there's one thing that people do not understand about the softer martial arts. They are practiced softly because there is no concept of "pulling your punch." A move that flips your partner to the ground, if performed with energy, becomes force your opponent's head into the concrete. There's no "friendly sparing." There's safe practice to help each other train, and then there is doing whatever it is you need to do, with no emotion. It's actually a little scary.
