I concur, steamed meat buns are fine and all, but pan fried is where it's at
 
I...I already learned my lesson and am Not cooking again from a manga recipe...they never turn out well for me...

Sigh, okay, you got me, I'll probably try this in the near future...(haha idk, maybe?)

**oh yeah, already got a question, they mention milk but I see none on the list of ingredients at the end? lol
 
@lexy - Yeah no. I would not make this recipe. After seeing your comment, I started looking up recipes and the recipe for the dough in the chapter is incomplete in a couple of ways. I double checked the raws to make sure there were no translation errors. Theres no yeast in the ingredient list in the end, nor do the raws include it in the chapter. The raws also don't include milk (or any liquid, some recipes use water) in the end recipe at all. 😓The closest recipe I can find online is:

1/2 cup milk (125 ml)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup all-purpose flour (250 g)
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp baking powder
