No, in any sort of emergency situation they will always use O negative blood for a transfusion because it is universal. They aren’t going to risk using an incompatible blood even if you might know your blood type.

If you are ever receiving longer term blood transfusions or medical care they will just test your blood themselves to find your specific type.
