I want to read the most disturbing/screwed up manga there is. Please give me your recommendations. I don't care if it's yandere, incest, r*pe, revenge, mind control, or whatever.

Honestly anything from this author is bound to be good. check the artist sections too cause he sometimes become the artist for another author

The last time I read "No Longer Human". There are 2 version with different artist along with the original novel, I read the Junji Itou one..
heck its soo psychological depressing & dark to the point I need Yugami-kun ni wa tomodachi to cleanse my soul

I'll just include the ones people have missed or are hidden gems that need more attention:
https://mangadex.org/title/2109/tamashii-no-futago this one's very heavy on childhood trauma so if you can't stomach stuff related to children and(or) graphic depictions of such things then skip this one. It does have a healing ending though.

https://mangadex.org/title/935/watashitachi-no-shiawase-na-jikan this is thematically one of the best manga I've ever read, deals with a bunch of issues like depression, suicide, death row criminals, the arrogant nature of clergy, homicidal thoughts and a lot of other dark stuff but really it's a story about empathy and even if you feel broken by the end you'll be glad you read it + only 8 chapters

PS, Both of these are dark stories but not to be confused with the "edgelord" type of dark, it's not revenge or bullying or death game type of manga, it's the dark and ugly side of humans,
