I have been reading manga here on my phone a lot lately on my cell data and had turned on data saver a couple months ago and it worked, then I saw the update to turn it back on again a couple days ago and I did and now i am noticing higher data usage and went to check if it is on or not, and could not find the data saver option. Did it get moved somewhere or switched to somthing else? Please help.
