Is the Data-Saver working right now?

@nyaasar Works for me. For anything greyscale it's a pretty small difference in the first place, my goal when choosing the quality was to make it effectively undetectable when reading from a phone.

I noticed that GIF image usually won't work if the data-saver is on (some groups use GIF for their credit). But since the latest server overhaul, the GIF started working properly even though the data-saver is on.

Well, everything's good then.
