So basically his sister killed a bunch of people to bring her friend back to life, then was killed for it, so now her brother has to kill people to bring his sister back to life, and then he'll be killed for that

If this isn't all a giant delusion, I bet she didn't revive her friend, but her brother.
Although the mc should really ask himself why he found such a file on his sisters laptop, why it was deleted, and why someone/his sister would even make it. It's a bit convenient...
