I feel uncomfortable because she says cringe-worthy things. Things she says with the best intention and being humble, but these are things that could offend the other person (especially if he's of high standing). Being too humble and lessening your worth is not a good thing.
BUT. The prince seems to understand he intentions and doesn't feel hurt by that or anything. It's probably the reason why he had such a dazzling aura: he's probably a pure soul. Well... I guess we'll see later!
