How hasn't the MC bought a long range weapon by now? How hard is it to go somewhere sketchy and find an illegal handgun by now seriously, doesn't he have like 50-100k USD in Yen? You'd think the idiot would've bought some weapons and armor by now, of any kind. Hell you could buy a paintball gun, crank up the velocity/pressure to max and use ball bearings. This manga is dumb and contrived.

Didn't the fmc get her hands on a handgun? He could've asked her to get him one. He could've shot every dead tuber in there by now with a go pro on his forehead.
