I guess it is unusual for isekai cheat-skills to be limited use.
And it seems a little pointless for limited use cheat-skills for beginners to allow that much levelling.
BUT then he did say it was supposed to be a strategy game in the first place, so it wasn't meant to be for a single player alone to use, but rather for use by an entire army, in which case the experience would be spread out a bit more.
That actually makes a sort of sense then.

But maybe I'm giving it too much credit. The art is atrocious and the protagonist seems awfully lifeless.

I see one large problem... 3100 SP and it SEEMS like it only takes 1 sp to level up a skill... why doesnt he max almost everything? He could max 310 skills...
