Yeah its a cultural thing.
pretty much everybody where I live uses ketchup over mustard.
That said, there are ofc some people who prefer mustard over ketchup ( and some who use both. )
But they are a minority here.

It depends for me. For beef related foods, I prefer ketchup or BBQ sauce.
For chicken related foods, I prefer mustard or melted cheese (esp. salsa con queso). Something with a small kick.
Pork and lamb, I actually prefer to not put anything on it.
Fish as well, either nothing or sweet n' sour sauce. my family puts ketchup on fish, but to me it kills the taste.

Man I really need this story to pick up some pace or at least for some action to start happening. It's getting tirering reading chapter after chapter from what feels like 50% or more narrator perspective and minimal progress storywise. I get that he's bonding with the dwarves or whatever but man it's taking way too long.

@zafalpai Sorry, I don't agree. The katakana used was ガルハル [Garuharu] instead of ガロハル [Garoharu]. If anything, the actual name should be something like Galhal now that I take a better look at it. I'm gonna keep it as it is now if it's similar to the LN as you say, so people who come from there don't get too confused.

Welp I'm just suggesting the name according to the official sauce, but would be better based on LN official spell. Like ya guys didn't change Boruenan to Bolenan < official spell name in LN.
If you don't want to get people confused just becuz of name changes, put some notes on some pages, not that hard :3
