Delete the “Rejected” Category from the Pinned Entry of Planned and Rejected Suggestions :rejected:

The idea of likes/upvotes/downvotes used to be rejected hard. (See for example the remarks of @Teasday a month ago.) But at some point the pinned list was quietly amended to make the idea Planned. (See “Comment incentive” under “Forums”.)

@Oeconomist Plain upvotes and downvotes are rejected because their use cases are unclear and generally only serve to promote dogpiling and echo chambers. Reactions such as "Wow! so funny xxDD" or similar "Helpful"/etc reactions/comment incentives such as what Steam/Discord has are not rejected. The exact details of such a system aren't exactly planned out, but it's the vague idea we have.

Moving an idea from the "rejected" section to "planned" if a more palatable version of the idea is put forth and accepted is rather reasonable, no?
