Deleted chapter notification

Since there's no forum search function yet...
I've noticed a problem with manga chapters being deleted, be it dmca or unhappy TLers - us lowly users never get to know that there will never be a new chapter of that manga we follow. I, and looking at some comments, others would like to be notified when a manga we follow gets a bunch of its chapters in the language we've set removed since that usually means no new chapters. So unless we remember that 1 manga among hundreds has gone silent, we wouldn't know to go seek the official or TLers sources for it.
I know there are quite a few mangas I've forgotten then names of that are still being TLed one way or another but no longer appear on md, and being notified of that would help.

Disagree. It will just lead to more drama.
You know, now that I think about it, any form of notification will just lead to more drama.

I don't think we need notifications to let dozens of angry people know when to start talking shit about a group

A notification that just lets you know the existence of a chapter was once here, lets us lowly users know "hey, somewhere out there someone may have it up" instead of "it's been abandoned"
Leaving it blank just will delay or increase any 'drama' or fowl-talking of a group, but for the majority of people , they can have the option to look at who did the TL (I don't remember every group that does every manga i read) , just let it go, or perhaps have the option of searching out a new group that may be willing to pick it up.
notification would also let other groups, or new groups, know without-a-doubt that the previous TL has given up all 'rights' or intention to continue said manga, so no hard or ill feelings of picking it up (ie: not snipe if you delete the chaps) instead of realizing months after the fact.
Not saying 'who' needs identified but a (removed) tag on chap would be appreciated.
