Hurray! After a lot of set-up and plotting — the Shadow Leader is coming back to the frontlines!! His apprentice now has a much bigger arsenal to go against him, including PSI...although I’m still unclear about the factions and his overall goals at this point.

After all, he supposedly now has the most powerful army around — being composed of apparent cyborg super-soldiers (which looks extra goofy since he’s still so short)
