The final chapter, Chapter 139, is gonna come out in October. Quicksand is 20 chapters behind the end. Volumes 20 and 21 have been out for awhile, so who knows what's up.

Edit: I finished the anime but I'm a little confused on where to pick up. I understand the ending in the anime was changed but I'm having a bit trouble figuring out where the plot diverges. If anyone could help me out that would be of great help.
Edit 2: So the anime finishes on Chapter 77 but the plot diverges before that.
