I don't know how it is in other countries, but at least in Switzerland, going strictly by law, a male is unable to get raped as rape exclusively refers to vaginal penetration.
Anything else is classified as sexual assault. While this isn't really relevant nowadays, as they both have the same maximal punishment, it's still a rather interesting fact if you ask me.

Virginity incase of men is unable to be understood cause compared to having a Hymen, a Penis does not have any sort of layer that gets broken resulting in loss of viriginty,
a Man's Virginity is completely psychological and thus cannot be defined as being real.
