It's not like the new drug can cover up head wounds as well, so I'm pretty sure that the whole murder part of the mysterious death will be still self-evident.

Wow it’s so crazy to reread the first chapter! Gosho’s writing style seems so different as the series goes on!! He definitely improved quite a bit! I like his writing style much better now!
