COME ON. I know you can't believe Conan is Shinichi but if you're that suspicious then just take the phone and look if Shinichi is call. And why would Ran be rooting for you anyway, it's not like there is something really valuable to win and last, how long does the confess gonna run up ? We're at chapter 1041 and it's the first time some progression will be madeon that side.

Alright, here's my deduction: The short, fat one with glasses isn't their brother at all. He must have faked the hand injury by burning it himself after comparing with the oldest brother's injury.
My reasoning for that is that he said the pot was quite hot when they all grabbed it, but he was the only one who mentioned temperature.
He was also the only one who didn't mention receiving a gift from him.
He also looked at the second son after being asked who got there first. If he was the last one, how could he have known which one of the two were the first?
Maybe the reason one of the lenses is broken is because the fatso was wearing those glasses, got into a fight and got the lens broken, then after the death switched up the glasses to not cause suspicion.
But now we'll have to wait one month to know if I'm right or not.

This seems full of holes. Of course the pot was hot, how else would they have received permanent burn scars?
The short brother didn't mention receiving a gift, but the tall one didn't mention *giving* a gift, either, and thus didn't volunteer new information about what the dead eldest brother likes. In contrast, the "he liked crab as a child" info offered up by the short brother was confirmed within the chapter.
As for who looked at who first, they easily could've discussed it before the police arrived/before Conan and friends arrived.
I'm not even confident the "one of them is a fake" theory is right (things that are offered as spitballing aren't always true, you know), but if it is right, then I'd expect the tall one to be the fake on the grounds of not offering up new information about the childhood preferences of the brother.
Do I have a definitive theory on who did it? No. Is this a cop-out? Don't care. But I'm definitely betting that the short one is a real brother.

If we go with "one of the brothers is fake" theory, the third brother is indeed the most suspicious. From the way he told story about the day they got burned, he's the one that said the most detailed explanation. Could be because he's trying too hard to convince the others, could be that he's just have a good memory
Other things to note:
From the facial structure, from the three, only the second brother has a cleft chin. But then the first brother also had one as seen on the picture. The second brother is also the only one with the greek (?) nose.
Then, the third brother is the only one that has free earlobes. Which adds to the suspicion
I still don't know the significance of the glasses. But since we have establishes that the oldest brother have allergies, then it probably has something to do with it. What allergies he could probably had that the culprit "had to" place that metal glasses? What came to mind is that the oldest brother could have metal allergy too, but I can't see the significance of that

If shinichi is really planning on beating Heiji, then he's a real dbag because he's already with Ran, it's not like him winning this is going to do anything for their relationship. Plus he constantly lies to, and just sidetracks her, so her suddenly being his main focus is kinda... Lol. He should let Heiji have this although I bet he'll fail anyway. Kazuha needs to just confess herself and end this. Also I hate momiji so fucking much she sucks so hard and I'm not interested in watching a whole movie to find out who she is.

You need to remember that Shinichi and Heiji do indeed have a rivalry going on between the two and have no qualms about showing each other up. The reason Shinichi made note that Ran was rooting for him was to check if Ran was instead rooting for Heiji so as not to damage the relationship.
Getting back to the theory though, I also vote the short 3rd brother did it. One other thing to note, if you check the photo, it looks like the shortest kid in the photo doesn't have free earlobes like the persent 3rd brother does. Also notice that Conan gets his near epiphany while looking up at the 3rd brother when his ear is turned to Conan. He's also the only brother of the three wearing glasses, which as someone else pointed out, could mean he swapped glasses with the dead brother. Why is still a question, I'm sure something about either material, prescription, or skin cell samples is going to be brought up during the reveal about why that is.
