@Haremmony - I'd say so too. His reaction surely denotes surprise and shock. Umi also says everything he says is a lie so I think Xeno hit the nail on the head.

@kenx - that has also crossed my mind lol. It's possible too as a way for him to lead Xeno on and trick him or use him because he can tell how much he wants to know about his own past. Still, Xeno is very sharp and there is some kind of connection between them apparently so who knows. XD

my interpretation is that the child who made the bookmark was actually Xeno himself as a gift to Baron while as a part of the "Blue Institute" the reason Baron is asking "Who am I?" in Xeno's dreams is that likely when they were taken into the institute they also lost their original identities meaning Tomohiro and Kinou are also further aliases, but Baron took to that knowledge badly and always questioned his origins.

Off feeling the purpose of the Blue Institute was to create highly specialized prodigies in certain fields
