Although I’m sad af I get why he has to go now. He really has no objective reason to stay, especially given the state of his sect... but I hope after some much needed time apart they both can bring their relationship on an entirely new level, now basing it on their actual personalities and common past of this life. Thanks for the update, it made me sob but anyways
