So much potential thrown away with the fact that its just known that he is immortal, no questions asked, all fine, no one wondering...
And of course no problem to shoot someone in a cafe inside a big company too...
Sure, this things are never realistis, but that is really faaar fetched...

The art is pretty and the characters are kinda interesting.
But as @Silwith said, there is so much potential throw away here. The story is beyond lacking any sort of substance or plot. Noah's immortality is more of a running gag than an important plot point.
The only saving grace is how beautiful Noah is.
