I’m crying. Aaaah. When he said this is only a mere check point. SAWAMURAAAAA This is how a ace should really be. In face of adversities or even if the odds are against them, a pitcher should never get choked up or feel down. They should always be the one to push through. That small igniter to ignite the flames within his teammates. Not someone like Furuya who always start strong but dies out in the end...yes they are both fundamentally different types of pitcher but I just really couldn’t help but compare their mindset as the pitcher/ as the ace of the team.
