@pandascepter yes, several times. But yeaaah, what you gotta do in those times talk with people you trust and love (for example talk to your cat), and if you can't talk write. You have to express it, maybe you could do it through drawing or painting or by making something with play dough. Also think of what would happen if died (like you did with your cat, he wouldn't have someone to feed them, clean their litter, give them water, take care of their health and give them the love you can only give. Besides I'm very sure it would be sad if you died, the cat has already form a bond with you, knows you and acknowledges you as a loved one).

And hold onto those things. But don't depend only of that to live, plan goals for your life (like wanting to visit certain places, eat certain food, drink certain things, read certain things, watch certain things, make certain things, smell certain things, learn certain things (for me in this one would be swim), play certain things, etc). Look for relaxing activities (knitting, singing, writing, dancing, playing with your pet, touch you face [well with this one you have to be careful now bc Covid 19], touch your hair, talk to yourself, tell yourself jokes to make you laugh, read a book, jump, crouch, felting, etc).

Do the things you don't want to do and afterwards recognize the effort you put into doing it. Because it was very hard for you but you still did it. It may be easy for others but it doesn't matter because for you it wasn't easy. And if you keep doing it it would less hard with time. Which leads me to routines. They are very important because they give some sense and organization to your life (sometimes my sister and I blank out during an activity and we forget what we have to do, but with a written schedule you can go there and check what's next). But keep it flexible so you if take more time you feel with the time tight.

Accept and forgive yourself if made a mistake. Failing is natural and good. Because it means you're practicing and practice makes "perfect" (I mean you don't have to be perfect, you don't have to make perfect). Perfection isn't practical and moreover I don't think it exists, nothing is completely something, nothing is completely indestructible, nothing's completely healthy, nothing's completely funny (like some will think it's funny but others won't), etc. Accept the things and people as they are, but that doesn't means tolerate bad behavior.

@MeganeYeyi yeah, just thinking about after i died is enough to stop me, i cant feed my master and that's so scary, what if my master will conquer the world if i dont feed him.....

I have more things I could write but I already got tired. Hope what I wrote help you or someone else. Also changing takes time, effort and resources so be patient. And as they said if you can please go to a professional (but if you think they aren't helping you look somewhere else).

The correct way to think about your cat's ambition is to _serve raise it properly,
that way when it takes over the world, you will be its trusted second-in-command.

Of course, in order to live long enough to see that become a reality, you will need to not only take care of your cat, but yourself as well.

I had some thoughts, but I realized I'm a coward and didn't wanna go to h*ll for that type of sin. Also, no death is painless unless you die in your sleep from old age or something.

@TaengManok that's what people that want your death would say. I think you are pretty brave to have endured the pit of darkness that your situations or your mind put you to. Also you're smart enough to realize that you'll end up in a worse position than before.
@pandascepter think carefully, i don't think you really want to die. You want a change. You want to change your situation, your environment, something about yourself or your life. Change is hard and there are no small problems when we are going through them, that's why i said suicide is for cowards. You'll need to do something about that change, but until then: there is only one thing we say to Death: 'not today' (cit.). Write your thoughts, sometime you just need to vent out, let it out, even if it is written. Write what's what, why and who. Take a bath/shower, do something you enjoy and lastly get mad at the government for putting you in this situation. Raise an army of cats and let your master do what it needs to be done. FOR THE GREATER GOOD!

Find ways to change things. Small changes, big changes, it doesn't matter, but the more you change stuff, the bigger effect it'll have on your psyche.Also, if possible, when you start feeling really down, eat a tiny bit of chocolate. Don't scarf it down in one go; treat it as medicine.

@pandascepter Getting encouragement from people online, or ones you know in real life isn't a bad thing; but if you're depressed enough to be thinking about suicide, that isn't good. You may want to seek professional help. You could start with seeing a therapist, and if that doesn't work then maybe try psychiatric medication. There are some other options as well, that your therapist could suggest. Hope this helps.
