those other guys chained to the wall waiting to be tortured saw the other guy being tortured and heard the MC say everything, are they really going to act like they wouldn't have betrayed the other guys to protect their families? I understand nobody likes traitors but under certain conditions the man who sells out someone else to protect those close to him is natural.
