Following what @Kino280 posted above, that in this manga Earth is somekind of simulation, this whole manga is like a scene where 2 IT techs are deciding should they delete Skyrim from their work PC or not, because (with all the mods) it slows down other programs, and gods in this manga are like the Divines, strong as they are, they're still just a bunch of story characters

@deerafl My point was more of, if the gods were aware of WHY Creation and Destruction were evaluating emotion, they might have been a bit...politer about their objections. Kinda pointless to complain about what's happening to your lawn when the city is thinking about demolishing your neighborhood.
