DList button not working?

Am I the only one noticing this, or is the MDList button on people's and my own profiles not working?
I can access it fine from the options on the top left, but the button doesn't do a thing. Wondering if it's a work in progress, just not implemented properly or maybe even something not everyone can access for some odd reason.

The "MDList" button on people's profiles only works if their MDList is set to "Public"
Site settings > MDList privacy

Seriously? There's even tooltip clearly says "This user hasn't set their list to public".

Probably hiding button entirelly would be better solution in case of private MDList.

Because I'm not using any apps.

Mobile browser, which I assume you're using due to describing the usermenu as being on the left.
