I still can't bring myself to not dislike Mako. Shinichi called her a sex toy because he was ashamed of himself, he didn't like it that Mako wasn't cumming from sex, so he was the one who tried thinking of her. The fight happened when Mako saw him with a porn book which he didn't fucking want. And Mako kept acting like an asshole after that. This manga has been pretty bad after it came back from the axe.
