No one remembers that he literally had the ability to turn invisible and change his voice and body through magic (now psychic) powers earlier in the series? They weren't subtle about it, he even said he couldn't use his powers for over 6 months the last time he metamorphed into Ron and it showed his pendent crackling with electricity. And the Aura Knights, which Mil (the half brother) is one, were said to shroud themselves in energy and stop bullets with their hands, maybe even contain a grenade explosion.

I think if people are forgetting about them it's because they get used so infrequently since the disappearance of "Ron" (which, by the way could have just as easily been a regular assed disguise anyway). I can't honestly say I would've remembered it between updates either, I'm reading the entirety of what's available right now all back to back and shit. I haven't had time to completely forget the unusual powers, but it's still like "Oh right, that was a thing" whenever they do show up again. The author may have failed to make it feel like a natural part of the setting by just whipping it out every so often as if they forgot about it for a while themselves.
