They are the Korean and English flags respectively on my side.

In fact, I have never seen a filipino flag on Mangadex. Not sure how you got one.

If you mean the flags of the series origin/translation then sometimes it bugs out and shows other flags, for days a few months ago i saw all Chinese series with the Ghana flag, I don't know how it got fixed but it did
