The reason Mangadex hasn't uploaded more chapters is because all the chapters after the third are behind a paywall on the site with the official english translation - they'd effectively be stealing.

Use official translations where you can. For any impatient users who can't wait any longer, you can find fan translations for ch.32 and up (currently up to ch. 48) here
Chapters are password protected to keep bots from ripping them. You can get the password from
the Impatient Community's discord under the #release channel.
atm, every 10 chapters has a different password. They explicitly request not to upload their release to any site. Please respect their decision
