Does the follow button have a limit?

Good day Sir/Ma'am just wanna ask does the follow option have an expiration date or a limit to how many mangas I can follow because I noticed that some mangas that I follow were unfollowed after a set amount of time. Advance thank you for anyone who can give me an explanation since I really don't know

A similar question was asked a few days ago.
Short answer: No, there are no limits on follows.
One user suggested turning off adblockers/sciptblockers and clearing data/caches, which worked for the OP of that topic.
