Still wonder why you need battery to adopt a pet.

I think you need batteries to power the facilities that process the pets to make sure they're perfectly healthy, chipped, and vaccinated before giving them to your T-Dolls.

they costed very expensive like 600 batt

Batteries mean nothing once you have your facilities upgraded, and have 7 or more dorms with at least 10k comfort. Pets are late game dorm requirement anyway, you don't have to adopt them unless you found a dinergate on dog rescue, get that shit immediately.

I feel bad for M9(?) though. It shows that WA2000 is getting special treatment when SHE asks for a pet...

Well I mean...alot of people have stated that M9 is a bit of a below average handgun compared to other 3star handguns like Makarov or Astra. Some have harshly stated that shes not a gun but a Core.
On the other hand...WA2k is classed as a top of the line Rifle, perhaps being a rifle of her own class compared to other 5* rifles because of her firerate, especially when buffed. Others like IWS or M99 go for OVERKILL single target shots at slow firerates which is good in its own right, but maybe not for general use.
So...with that in mind maybe this shiki was a bit more biased?

Unfortunately it's a meme because it was a bug in a recent update on the CN server. Handgun cooldowns can't go past 30%, but there was a bug that removed that limit, allowing you to reduce their cooldowns significantly.
