Yeah. Milt is fine, most commonly from cod (although it depends on country and season). It's the same concept as eating roe, or even brains. It's on the creamy side as opposed to roe which has a lot of texture. If you're going to accept eating fish eggs you might as well suck it up and accept eating fish sperm.
